10th Street Traffic Calming Initiative

Proformus partnered with the Aspire Higher Foundation to develop a quality of life vision plan for Northwest Landing, a neighborhood on Indianapolis's near northwest side. The plan directly reflects the voices of more than 196 residents, business owners, and neighbors engaged over an eight-month process, translating community priorities into four guiding themes and three place-based frameworks — Move, Live, Play — backed by 15 goals and 43 implementable strategies. Grounded in an honest assessment of existing conditions, from roughly 500 vacant parcels to the neighborhood's historic Kessler boulevards and trusted anchor institutions, the plan charts a path for growth on the neighborhood's own terms: rebuilding housing and everyday essentials while keeping longtime residents in place.
